The product

BookMyTurf is an app for finding and booking box-cricket and football turfs nearby, with live slots you can book in seconds.

The goal

Show how messy booking a turf is today — calls, waiting, “sorry, booked” — then make booking in the app feel as quick and fun as the game itself. Built entirely in motion graphics, with no stock footage.

How we told the story

  1. Hook: “Finding a turf should be as easy as playing cricket.” — a cricket ball drops into frame.
  2. The problem: “Calls. Waiting.” — phone calls tangle into “Is the slot free?”, “Call back later…” and “Sorry, booked!”
  3. Discover: a city map with turf pins pops up — “Pick your turf.”
  4. Book: a turf card opens and a time slot is picked and confirmed — “Book your slot in seconds.”
  5. Play: “BOOM!” — the screen opens onto a cricket pitch and the batter hits a six.
  6. Both sports: “Cricket or football.” — the pitch turns into a football ground: “Your game. Your time.”
  7. End card: “Pick. Book. Play.” and the BookMyTurf logo — “Your next game starts here.”
